Comment: Rafael van der Vaart is a leading player in Ronald Koeman's Ajax. He has scored a lot and gives a lot of good passes to other players. He has played some international matches and was very important with good actions. In Holland there is a discussion about whether van der Vaart should start in the national team or not. Alot of people say he should play every match. At the age of 20 years that is a good signal.

Comment: Wesley Sneijder is probably better in the future than Rafael van der Vaart, because he is totally two-legged. In every situation he is faster than the players of the other teams. It's very difficult to defend a player who is two-legged. After 8 matches in the first team of Ajax, Dick Advocaat called him up for a friendly against Portugal. That's very fast, but Wesley Sneijder is good enough to be selected.

Comment: Arjen Robben is also a very talented player. He made his competition debut at the age of 16. In one of his first matches, he made the defenders of Feyenoord totally crazy. A lot of clubs were interested in him, like FC Bayern, Ajax, Feyenoord and PSV. PSV bought him, and loaned him out to Groningen where he could finish his schooling. Last season he impressed all people and he was selected for the Dutch team.

Comment: Robin van Persie is also a very talented player. He has one bad point. He thinks he is a superstar. His 'teammates' don't like this. Bert van Marwijk sent him away before the match against Real Madrid. Not much later, he returned in the first team and impressed the Dutch people.

Comment: Very good talent. There's only one problem: Ajax has players like Rafael van der Vaart, Steven Pienaar and Jari Litmanen in his position. He was loaned to NAC and NEC and played very well there. He is good enough to return to Ajax. Ajax thinks it's better to loan him out, so he could feel the Dutch competition. If Rafael van der Vaart leaves to a European topclub, he could fill in his place.

Comment: Very talented defender with one problem: injuries. He was out for 8 months with a knee-injury. That's a great disappointment, because he was the ideal player to make a defensive combination with Cristian Chivu. Probably next season, he will be a starter in Amsterdam, so he can show the Dutch people he is a great talent. A lot of people forget him because of the injury.

Club: Excelsior (on loan from Feyenoord)

Comment: Very talentful player, with the same problem as Youssouf Hersi. Too many players in his position. He was on loan to Excelsior, where he impressed. If Thomas Buffel transferred to FC Bayern or another club, he could fill in his position. For Feyenoord that would that be great, because they don't have much money.

Current club: Willem II
Comment: Not played in the Dutch competition yet, but marked as a great talented player. Willem II wouldn't make him a starter, so he turned to Feyenoord. In the Dutch Youth Competition he was the best player last season. I think it's very stupid that Willem II would not play him, because they were not too good last season.

Comment: He didn't play a match in the Dutch competition also, but was the second best player in the Dutch Youth Competition. Ajax knows that they have again a big talent. Next season he could play in the second team of Ajax.

Club: NAC (on loan from Ajax)
Current clubs: Ajax
Comment: Debuted last year in the first team of Ajax and played some matches. The other time he played in the second team of Ajax and starred in the Amstel Cup. Therefore NAC would contract him. Ajax would only talk about loaning out and that happened. Next season in the Dutch league: Stefano Seedorf. He could be as good as member of his family Clarence in a few years.
